VALAIS MUNDI'S WHITE WINE
ECLAT,Valais Mundi’s white wine was born with the 2014 vintage. A blend of Petite Arvine, the emblematic white grape of Valais and Heida. The conditions in which the wine is made add a touch of originality to the wine’s personality. Aged for nine months in barrels, with a strong personality, ECLAT reveals a fresh liveliness, which expresses the minerality of the Valais terroir.
THE CARNATION FLOWER
A great accomplishment, ELECTUS, expresses freshness and minerality from its Alpine vineyard in Valais. The label reflects complicity and shows the carnations from the tapestry in Mund. The silvery flower with a steel blue tint symbolises the cold glaciers and sharp rocks. The finely drawn petals evoke, simultaneously the complexity and delicacy of the aromas found in this grand white wine.
