“Pale straw color that is crystal clear and bright. Lean mineral nose with lemon zest and lemon confit. Some new oak notes as well (40%). Slight reduction that is not quite matchstick. Lovely pineapple and passion fruit flavors with bright citrus-like acidity. Lean, angular finish with finishing notes of toast and cardamom. Really lovely wine. “
